Summary

Huge swaths of the American public do not have proper access to mental health care. During the pandemic, we started to see the need for mental health care more urgently than ever. I joined Foresight to create ways to improve access to therapy and psychiatry care that was affordable, and that could create a measurable impact on our members’ lives.

Note: For these products, I led initiatives from 0→1, and 1→2. We inherited a small homegrown EHR and Practice Management system and built up from there.

Highlights I’m proud of

• Within a 3 month window, we scaled the product to be able to open in any new state in the US, and expanded to 10 states overnight, expanding to cover 26 states 6 months later.
• We built product experiences that prevented suicides in high risk individuals.
