Most private practices struggled to unite their scheduling, communications, and payments into a single platform that allowed them to attract and retain customers and focus on care. At AirCare I created a marketplace for primary care services powered by a modern practice management system and consumer care app.
Note: For these products, I led the initiatives from 0ā1, and 1ā2, with the exception of the consumer app (we brought on another PM at that point).
